  I have been with this practice since I moved to Harpenden 26 years ago and I have always found the reception staff accommodating,helpful and very polite. In 26 years I have only had 2 instances when I have not been happy with the doctors attitude but after speaking to Dr Dylan Phillips who sadly has now retired from the practice both incidents were resolved. I consider this to be acceptable as the doctors deal with thousands of patients and to be quite frank some people just waste doctors time with things that do not need medical attention ( I know some people who have gone just to get a certificate for time off work because they want time off in good weather) I understand this must be very frustrating to the doctors as they know their very heavy work load time is being wasted. I would recommend this practice with ALL its staff as they are professional and compassionate even the behind the scenes staff were helpful when I had trouble logging in to the computerised booking system. I have given this practice a 5* rating but if I could give them 10 I would. As for the receptionists they are brilliant the building is clean modern and the practice offers many different services which saves patients having to go to hospitals for tests etc. This is a first class practice with first class staff and I wouldnt change to another practice.
